not sure where to post this, but i saw 3 bumper stickers this morning that made me angry enough to seriously consider speeding up for the sole purpose of flipping off the driver. unfortunately, (or fortunately?), i'm a pansy, and just stewed in the car, trying to cheer myself up listening to dane cook on xm.<br><br><br><br>
anywho.<br><br><br><br>
here they are:<br><br><br><br>
1. "it's god's job to judge the terrorists, it's our mission to arrange the meeting"<br><br><br><br>
2. "i didn't climb to the top of the foodchain to become a vegetarian"<br><br><br><br>
3. "the word of the day is legs. spread the word."<br><br><br><br>
i dont even need to comment on these. it's just too obvious.<br><br><br><br>
have you seen any bumper stickers or advertisements that have made your skin crawl?

I actually parked next to a truck when I went to work that said "The West wasn't won on eating salads," and I have seen one that said "We like vegetarians, they make us laugh," at an omni restaurant.

I always appreciate the irony of a ratty, faded out bumper sticker with a U.S. flag on it that says "These Colors Don't Run".

I wonder what "i didn't climb to the top of the foodchain" means - has that person lived through the whole human evolution or something? He/she must be really old.

I was driving to work one day, and this car in front of me had a bunch of animal rights & vegan stickers. I drove up on the side of the lady and gave her a big thumbs up! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":up:"><br><br>
And she gave me one back! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=""><br><br><br><br>
It made me happy for the rest of the day.<br><br><br><br>
...I can't think of any anti-veg stickers right now, but there was an advertisement for a steakhouse or something that said, "We like vegetarians. More meat for us!" or something along those lines.<br><br>
I thought it was funny!

It takes a lot more than a bumper sticker to offend me. That whole freedom of speech thing and all.<br><br><br><br>
I have "Vegetarianism Beats Your Meat" from veggieboards. But the beating meat reference is probably offensive

maybe i'm just easily offended...i can't stand people using their freedom of speech to oppress people based on gender, race, sexual preference, and i especially hate the american 'pride' ones that center around killing people.<br><br><br><br>
i had one that said, "meat is murder" and one that said, "real men are kind to animals," but they were both ripped off my car. that was when i lived in texas. big flippin' shock.
