I love this stuff. But, I usually just cook it with a little garlic, salt, and pepper. What else can I do with it? Any ideas?

You can make Tabouli with it. I think there are a few recipes on here for it. I usually make it by adding a little oil, lots of lemon juice, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions. Your supposed to add mint & parsley too but I don't. Yummy.

You could also make baked chickpea kibbeh with sauteed onions/pumpkin puree filling, which is DELICIOUS. Let me know if you'd like me to give you the recipe for it.
