Monday night I fractured the side of my big toe and I found out today that I have to wear a special shoe thing and I really can't be active for 4-5 weeks. This is a bummer. I love working out daily and I love my yoga!
So I am pretty sure I can still do upperbody weights and ab workouts, but yoga and cardio is just out. It is painful for me to walk and it will take this long for my bone to fuse back to the side of my toe. I have been pondering what to do during this time to stay somewhat in shape.
Any ideas that I may be missing?
