I love broccoli soup and keep it very plain ... few onions, couple of potatoes, maybe a little garlic, three heads per pan, bit of stock and a splattering of herb.
I've just made some with the addition of one red and one green fresh chilli.
As I'll be making a few pans and freezing it, have you any favourite additions to broccoli soup that I could try
