Silly me, i posted a huge rant on the upcoming Olympics coming to vancouver but i put it in the Canada main thread.

Please read the rant and reply here if you like ,i'd LOVE to know how other B.C.er's feel about the upcoming games

im not sure how i like feel about the whole games things beeing here

but since they are gona be cutting down more trees taxes will be going up and there will be tons of pollution and litter i am kinda against it

but it will work wonders for tourism in vancouver

people wont think its such a boring nothing to do town so for that i am with it
I like the olympics as an event but with the government cuttign social spendign across the board and the largest decifit in BC history, they can't be justified now. This could be done in a good way but I don't trust the government to do it.
