But seriously, that's like saying, "Drinking lard makes you prone to be fat!" It's ridiculous. And the bad thing is, this made front page news in my areas local newspaper! Do we seriously have nothing else better to write about?

Seeing as how drinking a can of soda every day would make you gain roughly 17 pounds annually, I'd say that chips are a minor concern at best, when it comes to fattening.
