Things I tend to eat for breakfast:
- hot oatmeal (sometimes with additions like soymilk, agave, berries, nuts)
- cold breakfast cereal with soymilk or almond milk
- waffles (get recipe here: http://www.vegansoapbox.com/sunday-i...y-of-the-week/ )
- vegan donuts (locally available)
- toast with panut butter, almond butter, or jam
- vegan breakfast patties/ sausages
- tofu scramble
- breakfast potatoes (just panfried potatoes with onions and bell pepers and spices)
