suhoor: coffee fresh ground and made in my bialetti moka pot. fried egg and tomato. a mango

iftar: subway veggie delight, a lot of instant ice tea, chili

Nothing between sunrise and sunset for a month? That would be a challenge! Your meals seem meager - are you eating enough?

think so. whole bunch of night time snacking. it's the hydration thing thats more of a challenge really.
