Why do you use it?

I LOVE soy sauce, but my baby is allergic to soy A friend who's son has the same condition recommended Braggs. I think it tastes and smells kind of icky I noticed that it's come up here. What's the deal?

braggs is unfermented soy and water. Nothing else.

If your baby is allergic, I don't see how it is a valid replacement.

My brother thinks it smells disgusting but I honestly can't really tell the difference between Bragg's and soy sauce

I like Braggs and it does have a slightly different taste to it than regular soy sauce to me, but most definitely do not use it if your baby has soy allergy!

I know Bigdufstuff already said that. I just had to echo...echo...
