Hi everyone
Today in class i had my blood pressure checked by a teacher/former nurse. My reading was 127/76 which she said was "textbook", as you can imagine i was quite pleased with that. However, upon further research i've found that it's not at all textbook and that being over 120, while not posing immediate danger, is something that should be put right. I'm only 20, vegan for a year and am of very slim build.
My question is this: how do i go about reducing it ever so slightly?
Also, what's everyone else's BP here.
Merci
