I've recently purchased both the oil and the yeast (the flake kind) and I know that both can be sprinkled on things, but I just wanted to see what you all like them on the most? I'm thinking maybe I'll try them (both together) on a baked potato tonight?

With the yeast... if you haven't had any before... test it on some of the potato first, you don't want to "ruin" the entire thing.

Some people need to get acquired to the taste of the yeast.

Okay, everyone I've told this too thinks I'm a complete loony...but it's really good! I toast an everything bagel.....drizzle a layer of flax oil on it (instead of butter) and then I top it with lots of nutritional yeast. I swear that at first it's not all that appealing, but I quickly became addicted to it.

I spray flaxseed oil on basically everything. The taste is a bit weird, that's why I got a refillable spray bottle and spray the stuff instead of pouring it. That way I get plenty of essential fatty acids without everything tasting like flaxseed oil

Well, Herself, I was sceptical at first, but I happened to have some everything bagels in the freezer so I tried your concoction...and I really liked it! Perhaps I'm a little looney too...

And, pyrsk, getting a spray bottle for the oil is a good idea--I know I'm going to end up dumping way too much on something one of these days if I keep pouring it from the bottle it's in now.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the tips!

Does that end up tasting like buttermilk? (seems like it might)
