I like a hummus/mixed veggie whole wheat pita for breakfast.
I also like a couple slices of sprouted grain bread with a touch of natural p.butter and a drizzle of maple syrup, oatmeal, brown rice, a scrambled egg breakfast burrito on a whole wheat tortilla, granola, etc.
