My grandmother recently gave me a family recipie for dumplings that are supposed to go into a soup... Making them requires eggs and I'm not sure which egg replacer would work best for this recipie? It requires 3 beaten eggs to stir into a flour-water mixture. What do you think would work?<br><br><br><br>

Someone uses tofu as egg replacer for homemade pasta...maybe this would work with the dumplings...otherwise I would probably try the EnerG egg replacer.
