Hi all,<br><br><br><br>
I came across this site <a href="http://www.palmoiltruthfoundation.com" target="_blank">Palm Oil Truth Foundation</a> that said palm oil is a heart healthy and unsaturated oil rich in MCTs and antioxidants.<br><br><br><br>
I've found some of their articles really interesting and am currently trying out the Paella recipe I found there. It also talks a little about the deforestation/wildlife - palm oil issue. If you are interested, do check it out.

I'm a bit pissed off, if you excuse the rather rude language.<br><br>
The site <i>Palm Oil Truth Foundation</i> doesn't provide the information needed. What do they call balanced? There's no information on the composition of the different fatty acids. How much of which PUFAs? And a fat that is solid is mostly composed of SAFAs, hydrogenized/hardened, or trans fatty acids. So maybe someone has the needed information, until then I'm at least sceptical.
