Hi all,

I came across this site Palm Oil Truth Foundation that said palm oil is a heart healthy and unsaturated oil rich in MCTs and antioxidants.

I've found some of their articles really interesting and am currently trying out the Paella recipe I found there. It also talks a little about the deforestation/wildlife - palm oil issue. If you are interested, do check it out.

I'm a bit pissed off, if you excuse the rather rude language.

The site Palm Oil Truth Foundation doesn't provide the information needed. What do they call balanced? There's no information on the composition of the different fatty acids. How much of which PUFAs? And a fat that is solid is mostly composed of SAFAs, hydrogenized/hardened, or trans fatty acids. So maybe someone has the needed information, until then I'm at least sceptical.
