Beets in Cranberry Sauce

Suitable for a: vegetarian diet
Ingredients:

2 or 3 bunches small beets, boiled or baked
1 1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions:

Skin the cooked beets. Boil the cranberries in the orange juice until they are soft, then puree them in a blender. Then put sauce back in pot, add just enough of the sugar to sweeten, heat until sugar is dissolved, add beats and heat through, serve hot.
