Sugar seems to influence fatigue with me. If I'm tired and I eat some chocolate or drink soda, I get a quick lift. If I eat too much sugar during the day I get a major fatigue/ withdrawal /down afterwards. Or fall asleep.

Depression can cause fatigue. Dried fruit are a quick pick me up in moderation. And cherries.I don't have any magic pill, I wish I did.

Have you been checked out by your doctor lately? Anemia etc?
Bee pollen is stolen from the bees by putting scrapers on the edge of the hive to scrape it off their legs as they enter the hive. Sometimes their legs get scraped off too.

For a good energy boost try drinking a cup of green tea, lots of anti-oxidents and very good for you. Even better Yerba Mate tea.

Just don't drink it too close to bedtime or you won't be able to sleep.
I suffer from fatigue, and there are several reasons, some of which I do something about, some I don't- depression, allergies, lack of exercise. These are interelated as well. As strange as it sounds, exercise over time can help fatigue. Now let's just get me to practice what I preach.
