Bee pollen isn't vegan IMO, and I can't believe it would be anything except a placebo.<br><br>
Sugar seems to influence fatigue with me. If I'm tired and I eat some chocolate or drink soda, I get a quick lift. If I eat too much sugar during the day I get a major fatigue/ withdrawal /down afterwards. Or fall asleep.<br><br>
Depression can cause fatigue. Dried fruit are a quick pick me up in moderation. And cherries.I don't have any magic pill, I wish I did.<br><br>
Have you been checked out by your doctor lately? Anemia etc?
