Take a can of beans and warm them up, chop a red onion, mix the beans with the chopped onion, add a little bit of vinegar, a little bit of olive oil, a pinch or two of salt and mix it all again. It's fast and I like it a lot.

I didn't use to eat a lot of beans, I always felt like I didn't really know what to do with them. Since not eating meat I eat them often and really like them. I like them mixed with loads of sweetcorn and red onion and then add some garlic and paprika or some Cajun spices or with some salsa

I never tried adding something else to the mix but I will definitely do it next time! Sounds delicious!
