I've been having an issue with this. My pee is fine and regular, because I drink a LOT of water....but my bowel movements are lacking <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="

Fiber, fiber, fiber. If you're eating a lot of dairy, eggs, and white bread, you could easily be short on fiber. I suggest tracking your fiber intake for a few days and make sure you're getting enough. I had a friend (not a vegetarian) who spent years averaging one BM a week due to endometriosis, and when she started eating a lot less meat and a lot more vegetables (not quite a vegetarian, though), it got her up to a cool 1 poo a day. Yay vegetables!
