Banana Dreams<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
1 Banana (split lengthwise)<br><br>
Raisins (small handful)<br><br>
Honey or Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup<br><br>
Ground Almonds (as fine ground as possible)<br><br>
Ground Cacao Nibs or Cocoa Powder<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Arrange split bananas on plate.<br><br>
Sprinkle some raisins on and around the banana halves.<br><br>
Lightly drizzle honey (or other sweetener) over everything.<br><br>
Apply a good dusting of ground almonds over everything.<br><br>
Lightly season with the ground cacao nibs or cocoa powder (think like seasoning with ground pepper).<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Additional comments:<br><br>
A tiny twist on a not too ususual yet extremely simple dessert. These were absolutely incredible. Next time I would like to add some small chopped pecans along with the raisins to add a little something extra.
