Banana Dreams

Suitable for a: vegan diet

Ingredients:

1 Banana (split lengthwise)

Raisins (small handful)

Honey or Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup

Ground Almonds (as fine ground as possible)

Ground Cacao Nibs or Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------

Arrange split bananas on plate.

Sprinkle some raisins on and around the banana halves.

Lightly drizzle honey (or other sweetener) over everything.

Apply a good dusting of ground almonds over everything.

Lightly season with the ground cacao nibs or cocoa powder (think like seasoning with ground pepper).

Additional comments:

------------------------------------------------------

A tiny twist on a not too ususual yet extremely simple dessert. These were absolutely incredible. Next time I would like to add some small chopped pecans along with the raisins to add a little something extra.
