i've only used it in baking a couple times...i normally just use florida crytals. it]s hard baking with stevia b/c normally you have to alter all the ingredients to even out the wet and dry measurements.
there are a couple stevia cookbooks...idont remember the names though. and i hvae a few recipes written down, but i didnt take them with me when i moved, so i can't help you out there - sorry!
