I'm attempting to make some Chickpea Flour Mini Quiches to make for a easy breakfast for a few days but I have a bit of a dilemma. All recipes call for the quiches to be baked at 500 degrees. My mothers' oven smokes at 500 degrees ( no electrical problems just spilled food that scorches at the bottom of it). It really bothers me and I don't want it to set off the fire alarm, do you guys think I could bake them at 425 or 375 just for a longer time?
