But then I went back to meat and I ballooned up in weight. i have attempted to go Veggie a few times and it never took. i am hoping this time I will get serious about my health;<br><br><br><br>
I PLEDGE to stay away from meat (chicken, pork, beef any other meat, including fish)<br><br><br><br>
I pledge to eat more fresh foods<br><br><br><br>
I pledge to eat no more SUGAR<br><br><br><br>
I pledge to not eat WHITE flour<br><br><br><br>
I pledge to stay way from dairy.<br><br><br><br>
I pledge to stay away from processed foods. (No more than 3 times a week.)<br><br><br><br>
Now I am off to start my reasearch process of recipes. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/whip.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":whip:">

Dude, I promise that I have just pledged the exact same thing to myself like a few days ago!<br><br><br><br>
No white flour, no more white sugar, no meat/dairy (vegan here, no eggs either), and more fresh foods. I try to stay away from processed foods, but a lot of Amy's organic frozen vegan meals are SOO good omgomg, and I've taken a liking to vegan cheese <3<br><br><br><br>
