Well..i just wrote my last exam and handed in my final paper of my undergraduate university career..horray!

Now it's time to get my body back in order..i have made the decision to quite coffee and all the sugar laden, fattening foods that seemed to become a staple to my diet. I'm tired of the way it makes me feel and it is terrible for my body, mind, spirit and i just feel unbalanced in general...but it's not going to be easy!

If anyone has ever done this, or knows what i'm talking about or will just be around when i whine about caffeine withdrawl headaches, it would help


Thanks everyone!! I really want to be healthier and leave the student eating habits behind!
