Does anyone know of a vitamin B12 supplement that doesn't taste horrible? I got some B vitamin tablets from Holland and Barrett they taste really unpleasant, especially if you chew them, so I'm not taking them as often as I should...

mine taste good, but they're kind of expensive. they're country life biochem superior methyl- b12 sublingual tablets.

Mine taste great (and I'm really picky!) and they're available at Walmart if you don't have any better places around you. I can't remember what kind they are at the moment (GEEZ I know, sorry) ... but if you have a trip to walmart coming up, check it out - it's the only B12 supplement there that's vegan (I believe).
