I buy something that is supposed to have X amount of B vitamins and some of the B vitamins are lost due to light, how dependable is a source that comes in a clear container?.<br><br><br><br>
Here are two things I picked out for high B vitamin content:<br><br>
Nutrition drink/fruit juice: glass container<br><br>
Wheat germ: glass container
