ok. I am realizing that I have not been getting nearly enough B12 for some time now, and I want to do something about it right away. I have been looking at the supplements on the market and the % of DV that are in these supplements seems to vary from 50% to 1700%. I am so confused about what I really need. I have been searching the web and every site seems to have a different recomendation.
