<b>AWESOME Berry Protein Smoothie with Vega</b><br><br>

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Preparation Time: 5 minutes<br><br>
Serves: 1-2<br><br><br><br><img alt="" src="http://i509.photobucket.com/albums/s337/veggie_rocker/veg.jpg" style="border:0px solid;"><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
-----------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
-1 Cup Vanilla flavored soy milk (I used Silk brand*)<br><br>
-2 Tbs. Sequel Brand Vega* dietary supplement Berry Flavor<br><br>
-1 6-oz container of fat-free all natural berry flavored* yogurt (Cascade Fresh brand Marionberry)<br><br>
-1 Cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)<br><br>
-1/2 Cup ice<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.<br><br><br><br>
Pour yourself a glass and ENJOY!<br><br><br><br><br><br>

This is the best tasting smootie I've ever tried!!!! the Vega powder is packed full of nutrients while the soy milk and the yogurt provide a good amount of protein and live active cultures.<br><br><br><br>
Notes on the ingredients:<br><br>
- Any brand of vanilla soy milk will do<br><br>
- look for 1.06 oz packages of Sequel's Vega in natural food stores. They aren't too pricey and you can make multiple smoothies by using only tablespoons of the packet at a time. If you can't find this product, any vegetarian protein powder or suppliment will do.<br><br>
-Any berry flavored vegetarian yogurt can be used.<br><br>
-<b>THIS SMOOTHIE CAN BE MADE VEGAN BY SUBSTITUTING REGULAR YOGURT FOR SOY YOGURT.</b>
