i hate to doom myself by expecting too much, but i plan to train so hard this month that i wind up at 188 or so. as long as i decisively break 190, i'll be happy. then only 8 more "must lose" pounds to go.

i'm 5'10" and 180 is about right for me (at the heaviest). certainly no more, and if i go to 170 over time, even better. weigh less, move more!

^ Good luck to everyone.

I haven't been doing well as I ate out twice last week, all vegan food, but calorific and with desserts.

I'm going to do better this month.


I am at 172 now. I want to get to at least 165 by the end of August.

Hi everyone, this months goal is to just stay on schedule with training. I dont have any weight loss goals. I need to focus on staying on my schedule so when marathon day arrives I'm ready.

I've been integrating Brazil Butt Lift into my workout schedule.. I really dig it.. although I'm so sore the next day. I'm going to start doing it more regularly now, starting today.. in about 10 minutes, after I finish my watermelon smoothie! We'll see how it goessss....

Today was ok, I dont feel super great but I biked 12 miles and boxed for 40 minutes.

I want to lose weight again. Four years ago I was 220lbs and got down to about 160 but I've gained 7-10lbs back due to depression. I'm going to start exercising regularly again, try to eat less and hope I don't have to start calorie counting again. I'd be happy with 3-4 lbs weight loss for August, though obviously anything more than that would be great.

Good luck to everyone else.

I am in again. I am going to do better this month with my accountability and posting to keep myself motivated. Did not do well in July, kept going up and down 2-4 pounds... never went down and STAYED there. I want to loose 5-7 pounds to reach my ideal weight and then not worry about the 2 pound fluctuations. I need to tone up as I am flabby flabby flabby.
I know I need exercise ... I HATE exercise.

This past weekend was like six months of bad weekends


When I eat poorly, I tend to crave more of the same bad stuff, so today has been a struggle.

I know! One or two days of clean eating (depending on the severity of the weekend) usually gets me back to normal. We dont really eat junk food but I just eat SO much. Some days portion control is a forigen concept.

A pair of jean shorts I bought a month ago are a bit loose, I guess that's a good sign

I'm going to try to cut all junk food out of my diet, and only make exceptions for special occasions.

It started badly friday night & then there was a surprise birthday party saturday and it went downhill from there


I made baked pasta for the party & I LOVE baked pasta...i ate some cold on sunday morning before I went to brunch...


there was no portion control all weekend...


today I ate a salad with a whole avocado in it to make me full of "good" fat so that maybe I can stay away from the pasta....I'll make hubby finish it for his dinner tonight.

I always make my hubby eat the leftovers!!! I made risotto saturday night and we had some wine, so sunday I was just craving everything.

oh! I had a lot of wine at the party and its my fault cuz I'm the one that brought it..


too much avocado today. I am miserable now...but it will keep me from eating


Gotta go take sammy for his walk..his fur is growing back so he likes to strut his stuff

i went to a restaurant yesterday, and i had a 1/4 sized portion of bean nachos with guacamole.... this place has several kinds of salsa, including mango (my favorite non spicy salsa). it was all high fat, and i drank 2 huge glasses of ice tea. before, i'd have ordered the full sized portion and eaten 4 times as much. it was a nice special occasion, and the 1/4 size order filled me up nicely without doing too much damage to my diet. i'm telling myself that i'm going to log 4.5 hours on the elliptical this week to pay for it

today i'm back to eating clean
. beans, rice, potatoes, watermelon and a salad. wasa bread with hummus.
