Well I'm finally getting around to making ravioli tonight. I'm gonna use a filling of mashed potato and a couple veggie-burger batties fried up and chopped. I'll mix that with the potato and make layers of pasta with my pasta maker (just use the flattening rollers to make wide layers.

Hope this all works out well


I'll see if I can take a pic of the finished product

Well they turned out awesome (still have 8 left over I didnt cook
) . I got some pics of stages after I'd made the stuffing mix (mashed potato and cooked and chopped veggie burger)

, I'd already spread water on both pasta layers and then put the filling in balls on one layer. This will allow the layers to stick together in the next stages. More stages below

That was a bit of work but not too much really. I'm so glad I finally got around to trying out ravioli.

(If I'm pressured for a more exact recipe , perhaps I'll jot one down here)

well at least I wasn't like that dumb ebay seller who took a pic of the shiny kettle they were selling and they were naked LOL ...that was hilarious
