Chefs at this year's Food as Art event at Bell Harbor will tempt diners with sweets and savories designed to appeal to the eye as well as the palate. The April 7 event, which benefits the Central District Forum for the Arts, sold out last year.<br><br><br><br>
For one participating chef's creations, though, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
