I lost 12 pounds in March. ) That made me very happy. I'm at a total loss of 34 pounds since Feb 1st. I feel great!

My goal for April is to lose 10 more pounds. I'm so glad it's April now, and (crossing fingers) it'll get warm out and I can start going outside to work on my weightloss.

Good Luck, Ahimsa!

I plan on starting my exercise program today....Zumba for the Wii! My goal is going to be 10 lbs for the month. This is going to be a long hard road. The meds that I was on made me pack on pounds, adding to an existing issue. I'm not going to look at an overall long term goal at the moment, simply because what I have to lose is VERY daunting...but 10 lbs at a time, much more manageable .

I haven't been able to do any exercise because I had a knee operation but it's much better now and I should be able to start doing normal exercise in a couple more weeks. I have been eating more healthily in the past week and have managed to lose a few pounds.

On January 11th, I decided I wanted to lose 15lbs. Two days ago was my official met-my-goal day But!! Now that I've made it this far, I want an extra 5lbs off! Hopefully getting there by May 5th. I've been doing pretty good for eating healthily, been eating sooo much fruit! It's my new friend now, after reading Skinny ***** and realizing fruits are not the enemy of weight-loss. I've always loved fruits since I was a kid but didn't eat many over the last several years because of the bad rep they've been getting from fad diets of late. Now that I'm eating a lot of raw fruits and veggies, I almost never get that 'crazy hungry' feeling like I used to. Guess I'm giving my body the nutrients it was trying to tell me I needed all along

My goal for this month is to not drink any soda or other drinks with extra calories but no nutritional content. I lost 5.5 pounds last month and calculated that if I had water in place of those drinks I would have lost an additional 2 pounds. So for a weight loss goal I think 8 pounds would be fair.

I started a relationship back in November and have since gained 30 pounds (he's gained weight too). So we're eating healthier, cooking at home, and exercising more. I'd like to lose 10 pounds this month.

I'm in this month! I need some accountability.

My goal this month is to lose 5 pounds. Also less coffee, more dark green leafy vegetables, more fruit, more water, and less salt, fat and refined sugar. Time to whip out the kale!

Today is a good day! Only one cup of coffee and plenty of cantaloupe, honeydew, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach and other healthy things.

I did decide to make chocolate chip cookies last night though, curse my vodka soaked brain and its poor decision making skills!

Edit: Can I blame vodka for my grammar too?

I think starting tomorrow I will cut out all junk food (or at least try) out of my diet for the month.
I will also try to get to the gym more often

Kind of fell of the healthy wagon during the winter months, not being able to exercise outside sucks. Well, I played hockey, but the ice was terrible this year.

I had went hardcore on March 28th, eating absurdly clean, and would just make my April goal to stick with my current plan. Whatever body fat I can drop is a win. I'm in decent shape and don't really go by what the scale says since I'm 6'4" and tend to break the BMI formula, so as long as I look better in a mirror, I'm happy.
