Kind of fell of the healthy wagon during the winter months, not being able to exercise outside sucks. Well, I played hockey, but the ice was terrible this year.
I had went hardcore on March 28th, eating absurdly clean, and would just make my April goal to stick with my current plan. Whatever body fat I can drop is a win. I'm in decent shape and don't really go by what the scale says since I'm 6'4" and tend to break the BMI formula, so as long as I look better in a mirror, I'm happy.
