Our crabapple tree is absolutely out of control this year. We have yet to pick even half the apples, and we already have far more applesauce than we can use to eat or bake with, plus enough for all the apple butter we could ever want. What on earth to do with what's left? Freezing more applesauce isn't an option... we've already frozen as much as we can fit in the room we have, haha. Does anyone have recipes that involve a large amount of crabapples or applesauce, or suggestions on what to do with them?<br><br><br><br>
