The BMI is bunk. It doesn't take into account your muscle mass, bone density/weight and other important factors.<br><br><br><br>

Here's a link to a really easy BMI calculator, but as the people above said, BMI isn't completly acurate.
I don't pay attention to the BMI, body fat percentage is a better indicator in my case, I am almost 6 foot, 260 lbs but I'm built with a very muscular frame. so while I'm a 40 BMI in reality I'm equal to about a 30 BMI according to my doctor... still overweight but not morbidly obese like a 40
