My fridge is very wet. At first I thought it was just the seal, and it's been really warm and humid, so when you opened the door you'd get dripped on, but I just cleaned out the fridge and there are PUDDLES in my fridge.

Is this a refridgerator problem? Or a problem with having too much stuff in the freezer?

My landlord is being a complete jerk lately and not fixing things that need to be fixed so I'm curious as to whether this is my fault or if anything can be done about it before I call him up (again).

Mine was dripping h20 once but all to one area. I had to put a bowl there to catch it. The repairman I called said the fan/blower or whatever you call it in the freezer was frozen still with ice. He basically fixed it with my blow dryer and for that I paid $80. He might have done a couple other things too I guess. I didn't look over his shoulder the whole time.

He said it looked like the freezer door had been acidentally left open for a while, but I couldn't remember that ever happening.

Actually I just looked in my freezer and couldn't find the fan he supposedly unfroze, but I can hear it running. So if you're anything like me, maybe you shouldn't try to fix it yourself.

Good luck.

lol. I wasn't going to try! I just wanted to know if it was my fault before I harrassed the landlord about it. Though having food in the fridge and freezer is essentially its "raison d'etre," y'know?

It was like that when we moved in.
