This is what's in my crockpot right now! A box of frozen spinach, a can of diced tomatoes, a can of vegetable broth, a can of pinto beans, some chopped onions, a clove of chopped garlic, some whole wheat pasta, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes...cooked on low for four hours. Hope you like it!

Last weekend I cooked the most excellent pot of great northern beens with roasted garlic, matchstick carrots, red onions, and potatoes. I seasoned them up with fennel, red pepper, salt, pepper, and a few sweet basil leafs. They cooked for about 9 hours. Yum!
