you can try the chilliee con carn thing

just add cooked red kidney beans tin of tomatoes garlic onoin salt pepper sagur cumin chili to taste and let it go maybe add a few chopped up zucchines

I've wondered it it would be possible to do some type of tofu style dish in the crockpot, does anyone here have any experiences?

I'm curious to know if it just kind of falls apart.
