Hi I'm a vegetarian and have been for about four years now, but recently I've considered going vegan. Has anyone here done this and quit or still does that may have some tips for me? like whats the best way to get a lot of protein in a single serving for a vegan diet. Currently I drink a protein shake every morning and that gives me all the protein I need for my day, but it contains milk. So does anyone have any tips or ideas for me?<br><br>
