Here is my strawberry shortcake recipe (real shortcake). It's good <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="

1 1/4 cup flour<br><br>
3 T sweetener<br><br>
1/2 T baking powder<br><br>
1/8 tsp salt<br><br>
1/4 cup vegan margarine<br><br>
1/8 cup chopped pecans<br><br>
1/2 cup soymilk<br><br>
mix the first 4 ingredients together. Cut in the margarine with a pastry blender or knives. Then stir in the nuts and soy milk.<br><br>
Form into a round cake and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 400.<br><br>
slice some strawberries and sprinkle a little sweetener on them.<br><br><br><br>
1/8 cup soy milk<br><br>
1-2 T sweetener<br><br>
1 tsp cornstarch<br><br>
drop of vanilla or lemon juice for flavour<br><br>
1/4 cup oil<br><br>
place the first four ingredients in a blender and begin to mix. slowly drizzle in the oil. blend until thick and cool for an hour<br><br>
spread the strawberries over the cake (you can layer it if you want) and then cover with the whipped topping
