Hello everyone!

I'm going to be helping host with my mother a vegan food concession stand at an environmental event in the near future. I wanted to look into handing out veganism flyers, but I can't seem to find many good ones.

Are there any good vegan flyers you would recommend? I'd prefer one-page flyers (as to not waste so much paper - the vegan outreach booklets look great, but they're one of the things I looked at that look like they waste tons of paper that I don't have or wish to waste) that could easily be printed offline or ordered for really cheap (preferably for free) in large amounts. I'd also like them to be accessible to people who are somewhat interested in environmental issues and are open-minded. I don't want anything too harsh, or too soft either. The people attending this event are likely going to be curious about the environment and going green, so I want to make sure the pamphlets appeal to them without being dumbed down too much, but also I don't want them to be so in-depth that they aren't accessible to the average person.

I've never leafleted before, so any suggestions from those who are more experienced in the line of activism would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Ordering would be way easier than printing. I didn't notice they could be ordered. Thanks!

They can be ordered and they're really quite small, and printed on recycled paper.

The size of the VO booklets can be an issue for some people. They worry about all the trees. But those booklets are printed on recycled paper. And here's the thing: people who receive those booklets understand their value. What I mean is that a lot of people who would be tempted to toss it or recycle it see a big booklet more as a "gift" than as a flyer. (Read Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion to learn about gifts and how they effect people.) And that sense of receiving a gift makes them feel slightly obligated to read it. And then, of course, if they read it they're more likely to become convinced to go vegetarian or vegan. Of course, plenty of people still toss it. And plenty who read the booklets don't go veg. But there's some evidence to suggest that more people will be convinced to go veg if you use thick booklets than if you use one page flyers. I highly recommend the Compassionate Choices booklet.

Other good booklets:
And if you still want smaller flyers, for example to stuff in envelopes or to hand out in places where the conversion rate is likely to be lower or just because you like them better, here are some good options:
