I'm starting on a raw food diet, and I will be going at it hard core in about a month when I finish exams. In the meantime I was hoping to find some books regarding this change so that I don't go into it blind. Does anyone have any books they recommend?

'Raw food made easy' by Jennifer Cornbleet is a CD that I think is easy compared to most books.
The books I've read were whatever free ones the library here was able to order from other libraries, but it was a years ago and I dun't remember their names or which ones were best.
I do keep a two page chart of sprouts around so that a few times a month when I sprout mung beans, alfalfa, or almonds etc., I can look up how long I should soak them, etc.
You can probably 'youtube' Jennifer Cornbleet and get plenty of info too.
Best wishes, Gil.
