It's a twist on the boring old plain-jane ants-on-a-log that's healthy and delish to the max.<br><br><br><br>
This is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, and serves 1.<br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
1 wholewheat tortilla<br><br>
natural PB<br><br>
about 1/4 cup chopped celery<br><br>
raisins<br><br><br><br>
Spread the tortilla with peanut butter, then top with celery and raisins and roll it up. It's that easy! (And about as close as I'll get to Mexican food...)<br><br><br><br>
If you're feeling crazy and you're like, "I want to go WILD, child!" well ok then I'm like "We're cookin' good-lookin'!" because you can cut the rolled-up tortilla into bite-sized pieces and have ants-on-a-log SUSHI!!!!! I KNOW!!!! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/dancingbanana.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":nana:">
