Here's something to get your blood pressure rising:

http://www.cafepress.com/antivegetarian

Well, all I can say is what a bunch of sad offensive
.

Boasting such comments such as:

'Veg*ans suck' (Evidence?)

'Save the carrots, stop vegetarianism now' (When a carrot develops a heart, a brain, a soul and a nervous system maybe I'll stop).

'Tofu? F.U' (Lamp Chop? F.U!).

'If it's got a face, I'll eat it' (So you judge meat by looks? I can see why no-one wants to eat you!)

'Meat eaters make better lovers - on a teddy bear.' (I guess so, after all they have more ''love handles'': http://www.dailycandy.com/content/lovehand.jpg
'

Overall, I have nothing leftb to say to these F******.

My real advice on dealing with people like these would simply be to ignore them. I don't waste my time on defending my values anymore, I live by them and rarely feel the need to justify them in front of others. Sometimes, being a living example instead of a talking one is more effective.

If you cross one of these morons' path and he starts bothering you, the most useful reply would be the good old "whatever dude, whatever".

There's no shortage of dumb sites. I sometimes read dumb stuff because I get a kick out of it, but for someone who gets annoyed by it, it's better to just ignore it.

Enigma is right, move on, only focus on the positive things in life and just re-enforce those.

Have a great day!

I get mad when I see this stuff too. Good advise from the other VBers!

Don't let it bug you. Just remember too that one day all these people might be getting all sorts of health problems while us veggies will be out there enjoying life with glowing health!

Us Vegans do 'suck' - but we have alot better taste!
(he he weird pun!)

Why can't we all just get along? (I can't remember where that's from but it's so true!!!) If I want to be a vegetarian/vegan/whatever, why do others have to judge me or put their values on me? And vice versa. I say, shine 'em on!!

I've seen that before. It's not a big deal; most of their stuff isn't the least bit witty anyway.

This one was kind of funny though:

"Vegans will never know the thrill of chasing down one's dinner."

What? Most omis buy meat at the store. Unless it suddenly revives itself and starts running down the supermarket aisles, they will "never know the thrill of chasing down one's dinner" either.

The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

Why would meat-eaters who feel fully confident about their diet need to harass us? (unless the only veg*ns they know are obnoxious ones.)

I traditionally duct tape my meals to a remote control car and drive it away from myself. So I do know the thrill of chasing down my meals. I'm vegetarian though, so I don't know the meal preparations that vegans go through.

the one creepy thing is the apparel for babies. I wonder if anyone has actually put their baby in that stuff? Whoever designed all that either has way too much time on their hands, or is masking a little guilt about eating meat, maybe?

Rodney King

Quote:
On May 1, 1992, the third day of the Los Angeles riots, King appeared in public before television news cameras to appeal for calm and plead for peace, asking, "People, I just want to say, you know, can we all get along?"[2]

Out of the goodness of my heart I've designed a t-shirt especially for all the peeps to wear over at the Anti-Vegetarian Society.
