14 oz. dried chick peas, sprouted for 2 days
1 Tblsp. Tahini
1/4 cup veggie broth or water
2 Tblsp. Olive oil
2 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cumin
pinch of cayenne
OK, soak the dry chick peas for 6-8 hrs. or overnight. Then drain. Then rinse and drain twice a day till little sprouts show up. Put sprouted chick peas and everyhting else in the blender and whip up until well blended.
I find that I end up eating most of the sprouted chick peas just as they are for a raw snack. So soak lots. I even soak soy beans just for snackin' on. Very Tasty.
