I buy a lot of things at Trader Joes, and recently bought some Annie Chun's noodle bowls. I wanted to make sure they are vegan, so I wrote the company and got this response:

All Sauces except Pad Thai

They also have some of them in Wild Oats. I was there yesterday, and I bought a Miso soup noodle bowl and an Udon Soup noodle bowl.
