Ummm... alot of that stuff is sort of inacurate. For example, dice being made out of bones? I believe the majority of dice are made out of plastic. And what kind of pasta is made out of blood? I think that most of that stuff you can easily find non-animal versions of. For example, paint brushes. Even thyroid medicine, they usually use the synthetic as opposed to the real animal derived kind.

Laura, You're correct. A lot of the information is very outdated or inaccurate. (Probably why some of us are makin' a bit of fun of the list I suppose).

On the other hand, some non-veg choices (like certain medications) are not options but a life-or-death matter for some people with some illnesses or conditions.

Mayonaise as far as I know doesn't typically contain animal skin, unless it has gelatin. Its just a misleading list in a lot of ways.

Not to mention that I don't have ethical qualms about very sick people using medication that has animal ingredients. A lot of the stuff on this list was medical.

Beef insulin is listed twice.

I was under the impression that we stopped using animal derived insulin some 20 years ago.

This list is far from modern

Question: Is it non-vegan to listen to music played on a guitar when you don't know what the strings are made of?

Only if you can hear the sound of one hand clapping in the drum track.
