I'm in the midst of a 30 day vegan challenge and have been using Soy Creamer from Trader Joe's in my coffee. Its really good and was, thankfully, an easy substitute.

But I've just been reading up on soy and apparently it has some negatives for ladies and also ladies with thyroid issues so i'm looking to use something else.

So....my question is - - what do you guys use for creamer in your coffee?

Thanks in advance for your response.

You can use coconut milk (from a can). It is rich and creamy.

These are also very tasty and creamy. Whole Foods usually has them on sale 2/$4.00
Attachment 16434

I've recently started using Coffee Rich. It isn't available everywhere, but it's pretty good.
http://www.richwhip.com/products.html

Oh wow I had no idea those were vegan. I've seen them in stores but never even considered to check if they were vegan. I just assumed they were some sort of dairy product. What exactly are they made out of? I am not fond of the fact that there is no nutritional and ingredient lists on their site. The site is pretty vague when it comes to their product's descriptions.

Hello! Mike uses the SO Delicious Coconut Milk creamer and loves it. Just the plain one, not the flavored.

This one sounds good - - I'm going to give this one a try first.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond!
