I like the coffee flavored one, I can't remember the name. The trick is to find out when your store gets fresh ones in. They don't taste that great once they've been on the shelf a few weeks.

I'm from Montreal so I don't have access to these cookies, but I've spent New Years in New York City and I stumbled accross them in a type of juice bar called Liquiteria (which had lots of cool vegan stuff). Anyway, having read about the cookies here, I had no choice but to get one.. I bought pumpkin spice, based on the rave reviews, and because I love anything spicy, gingerbread and the likes.. So.. they are good, but nothing extraordinary I think! Maybe it's better that way, because I won't terribly miss them.

The Explosive Espresso Chip? I like that one too! My favorite out of the few I've tried is the Oatmeal Raisin.

I've come to the conclusion that these cookies are exactly twice as good as all other cookies, because they're exactly twice as filling and twice as satisfying.

I tried these cookies for the first time about a month ago! So far, I've tried the Chocolate Chip, Explosive Expresso and Lemon Poppy Seed. These cookies are absolutely delicious!! I could not belive how soft they were!! I had to keep looking at the package b/c I was in disbelief! They actually taste better than some of the cookies that I used to eat before I made changes in my diet! Yeah, they are pricey, but worth every penny!!!

My favorite pre-made vegan cookies are by Uncle Eddies. I love the choclate chip cookie and the trail mix cookie. Unfortunately, you can't eat just one...

The main trick to eating these cookies is to NOT look at the calorie part of the label. Ouch. I ate 460 calories worth of delicious, chocolatey ABC cookie yesterday. I kept telling myself I would only eat half. I even tried to pawn some off on a couple of co-workers. But after one of them said it tasted like an "energy bar" it was clear that sharing was no longer a viable option. It really was quite good. I can't wait to try other varieties.
