Just wanted to share this recipe from Chef Deb with you guys

http://www.vegsource.com/talk/recipe...ges/76738.html

There is a recipe for almond milk, almond rice milk, and almond oat milk. I love the almond rice milk with vanilla extract and a bit of maple syrup (1tbsp. Splenda sweetened). Good Stuff!

I make it every few days. I keep on saying I will make the oat-almond milk, but I am scared I won't like it. Any who, I mix the almond-rice milk half and half with unsweetened soy milk (I use Westsoy, I have some Silk that I will try next) and use it over my cereal. MMMMMMMMMMMM! Shannon/Zimma

I also wanted to add that when I drain it, I have started draining it through a cheese cloth folded in half placed over a strainer (I use one that is made for a sink, available at Wal-mart for $1.50) and place that over a small funnel, placed over the glass jar I use to store this milk in. I use a small pickle jar. This contraption catches way more sediment. Shannon
