I often identify myself as a "Lacto Ovo" vegetarian, however; recently since discovering Almond Milk, I find myself crossing into "Ovo" territory. I absolutely love it and recently I have started to drink Silk's Pure Almond in Regular, Vanilla, and Dark Chocolate. I actually find myself preferring Almond Milk over soy. The nutritional value is fantastic and the taste is really good.

What are your thoughts on Almond Milk?

love almond mylk. i prefer the taste of rice a little more but almond is so cheap in the stores here. i often make my own almond mylk too cause its super cheap and easy to make. i just tried hazelnut mylk for the first time and i'm a big fan of that too.

I like it much better than soy milk for cereal and stuff. I can't drink any "milk" plain. I like Almond Breeze better than Silk though.

I love it, it's sexy. I alternate soy and almond milk when I purchase them. Usually I drink unsweetened, but vanilla flavour almond milk is such a treat!

I usually have at least 2 cartons of vanilla Almond Breeze in the fridge at all times, love the stuff!

Sometimes we splurge and get a carton of the chocolate and it never ends up lasting the night, that stuff is like crack!

I love almond milk! i am still lacto ovo, because i also eat cheese. but whenever i need to use milk for baking i use almond milk. i don't really drink milk, just as part of cooking. i only drink milk with special tastes like chocolate or strawberry

I love it. I alternate between that and soy milk. If you like chocolate milk, make your own with chocolate Agave nectar. It's amazing. It's great on strawberries.

I like to make my own. 1 cup almonds (or other nut/seed), 4 cups water, a few dates, maybe some cinnamon and vanilla extract...blend it all together. Yum!

Not a huge fan. It tastes too sweet (even the unsweetened) to me and since I only eat it with my cereal, it kind of ruins the taste of the cereal for me.

It's my milk of choice. I use either Silk or Almond Breeze -- whichever the supermarket has in plain unsweetened at a better price that day!

almond milk is too sweet to drink straight (for my tastes, anyway), but i loooove chocolate almond breeze for a treat. i generally drink rice dream and save soy milk for baking.

I've been faithfully drinking chocolate so good soy milk, but I want to try a chocolate almond milk instead. It's more expensive than soy milk, though
I tried some vanilla almond milk in the little cartons that don't need refridgeration untill they are opened, and it was YUCKY
I'm hoping the refridgerated stuff is better - it sure looks better.

The smaller almond milk containers pick up a cardboardy taste. Not sure why.
