Hi all

Foolishly, I've left my 2 most troubling and time-consuming essays right until the very last minute. They were both to be in weeks ago but tomorrow morning is really the last possible time i can hand them in - thus, it requires an all nighter. I was wondering if you could inform me of good foods to fight off sleep, or especially high in energy (outside of energy drinks and other high sugar drinks), obviously coffee is good for this but i don't want to be drinking too much of that

Any help would be appreciated

I would recommend high-protein foods, but not junk food that might make you sluggish. It is also good for my stamina to eat smaller meals every few hours, keeping the blood sugar relatively even (at least I think this is what's happening).
